Vietnam business sentiment is strong
AFA and CPA Australia partnered to conduct a survey on business sentiment in Vietnam. Conducted from 13 July to 31 August 2023, a total of 131 responses were received from accounting and finance professionals working in Vietnam, coming from a wide range of industries, and representing different managerial levels.
In general, businesses in Vietnam are expecting to see growth in revenue this year, following a relatively positive 2023. Last year, many of them focused on improving business efficiency, customer satisfaction and innovation and technology. Larger businesses were more likely to focus on improving business efficiency, while smaller businesses were more likely to focus on improving customer satisfaction. As competent business partner, accountancy profession is instrumental to help business experience substantial growth.
